The company has good pay and benefits. It takes care of its people pretty good. You get to know allot of people in new hire training and they take time to get to know you and what you want and the hr stuff was even fun to listen to. ive never had a handbook sound fun and be understandable like what they did there.
Cons
shifts are a bit much to learn as a new person and rotating can be hard but people work to help you get it right and understand it
Good money is to be made and I like the shift work because it is flexible. I make good money and there is a ton of opportunity to move up. I know people that have gone from 15 to 25 dollars per hour in a year or two.
Cons
Shifts can be a challenge when you work a lot of overtime
