      Good management depending on the boss. Decent training and travel opportunities. Good programs focused on new graduates. Good advancement opportunity.

      Cons

      Annual budgeting makes things difficult. Annual freezes are part of the way of life. Make sure to spend any budgeted money in the first half of the year.

      Pretty great company to work for, but a little to manager heavy and commission are lower then told plan was.

      Cons

      I hate how it feels like Pharma, the training is very familiar to PHARMA which when selling device doesn't work. Doctors don't like pushy
