      Great authentic and historic brand, but....

      Pros

      People on the ground are absolute gems of humans. They're passionate about the sports their involved in, the brand and the product. Great, great people.

      Cons

      Safilo woefully mismanaged the brand driving good people away, and shifted focus away from the core history of the brand. Budgets were stripped and morale was negatively impacted.
