      Run by ski bums, half managed by Safilo and expecting way too much for no pay.

      Pros

      I can't think of any... I guess discounted gear....?

      Cons

      Horrible Italian management sprinkled in with ski bums who have no concept of business development. No growth. Horrible pay. Expecting 60+ hr weeks. High turnover (I wonder why).

      Pros

      I had the benefit of wearing many hats while on the job, I gained experience and relationships with folks that was truly rewarding.

      Cons

      For all the work I put in, ideas and strategies I volunteered, and time I dedicated to this company, I was sorely reminded of how intolerant and bigoted the company was towards inclusion of race and gender. Things were fine and dandy if you are a white man. However, if you're black, hispanic, asian, a woman or any combination of the above, the glass ceiling above you is tempered and bulletproof with a certified Mil Spec ANSI rating.

      Pros

      Free product, pro deal access also the occasional pizza party.

      Cons

      The Clearfield location is not really a part of the outdoor culture that you would expect. The outdoor culture stems more in the Portland office. Also very limited opportunities to grow within the company. Forget about any pay increases or merit acknowledgments.
