We developed Smith University, which allows learners of all types of tenure to understand our business and develop different areas of expertise.

As a salesperson who worked in the Smith Taiwan office for almost 3 years, I enjoyed the moment of making deals happened and satisfying customer's need. All the credit goes to the value that is created by Smith's teams globally. Having zero experience and knowledge about the semiconductor business is a big challenge to me when I joined Smith. But Smith's well-prepared training programs, included online courses and oversea training plans, benefit me widely to develop my skills and confidence in business. Smith dedicates to provide a working environment where an employee is encouraged to talk to anyone in the global offices either just by a phone call or an email to discuss business opportunities and to generate greater performance. As a current employee in Smith, it is very common to meet challenges in daily business life. I am ready for all the challenges because I am lucky to have a mentor who is always willing to support and give constructive advice.
