SSR unfair to female employees

Pros

Nice offices that are centrally located. Good computer support and wonderful benefits including free medical insurance, dental insurance and free eye care insurance.

Cons

Being a woman in primarily a male company made it very difficult to get the respect and advancement afforded the men.

you get half a day off on Fridays (Working 9 hours M-T)

Cons

Awful Culture. Terrible Management. Micromanagement at every level. Not enough Projects. Higher ups don't have any idea or bother to care to train supervisors/managers. You will be told thousand times that the expectation is to work 45 hours a week but get paid only for 40 hours. Managements have no clue what employees do and go through each day. Before starting here, my friends told me about SSR's terrible management, but still wanted to give them a chance. It was a really bad decision! I wish I could give them 0 stars

Pros

The people are the best reason to work at SSR. Every last one of them will go the extra mile for the clients. But they will do the same for the people they work with. It is such an amazing place to be a part of. They have the highest standards, and refuse to turn out a sub-par product. While we cannot please all the people all of the time, we do strive to remain consistent and professional. We refuse to be anything less. We do not claim perfection...but we do strive to be the absolute best in our industry.

Cons

There aren't any downsides. It is an amazing place to work.
