Pros

Employee stock ownership program is excellent and the company stock price is very high for a company this size. The company is also very financially stable and was able to retain and hire additional staff during the 2019-2020 COVID pandemic when other companies in the A/E industry were downsizing.

Cons

The company’s IT infrastructure is frustratingly out-of-date and they haven’t embraced fully utilizing their MS Azure Cloud for project delivery. The company does not refresh delivery/production staff equipment unless it is broken or completely failed. The accounting systems and process is also behind the times. The company does not have clear career paths after you reach a project manager level, and your direct supervisors don’t/can’t provide much guidance on career progression/promotion either.
