I've never gotten my paycheck late but at least I've found I can deal with more incompetence than I ever imagined. There are some people here that honestly try and we do get ice cream sometimes.

Cons

This place is absolutely clueless. I wouldn't hire the president to run a lemonade stand. This place makes me thankful I didn't grow up in the 60's. Every system in place here is outdated. The communication here is terrible. My boss quit and no one told me for nearly 2 days. It takes hours to open 3D models that should open in seconds and are asked to work overtime to compensate for how inefficient this place is. I feel like working here has set me back in my career.
