Pros

Company culture allows one to sink or swim quickly. It is extremely loyal to those who are loyal to it. Plenty of opportunities to advance and make this place your work home/career. Great people, great opportunities and a great place to be. Stable and without large corporate complications. Family owned and one feels a part of the life blood of the company IF one chooses to embrace the opportunity. Have never looked back on my choice for career and livelihood for my family.

Cons

The biggest Con I have noticed is the attitude of those who are not committed to success. The loyalty the Company offers is sometimes taken advantage of by naysayers and people not committed to the belief in the Company. These naysayers decide it is better to try to complain and bring people down to their levels in lieu of pushing through and accomplishing what is needed. Every company has cons, but here it feels like one can actually change or advance ideas and have a direct say in resolutions. Nevertheless, one needs to embrace the career or get out of the way of those who do.

Pros

Not many pros I can come up with except they are lucky enough to have a few good people still working for them.

Cons

This company is without a doubt a sinking ship, and the only ones to blame are ownership and plant management. A large number of high quality people have left in the last 3 years due to extraordinary plant management, and engineering management incompetence. Product quality has fallen to extremely low levels in the last 7 years. They are losing customers at an alarming rate. This once proud leader in their field, can't get 15% of their jobs completed on time, and the worst part is that they don't seem to care. Pay/merit raises have averaged well below 2% for the last 8 years, and benefits have dropped off significantly. Morale is extremely low in all departments as employees wonder why the business is being run in to the ground literally. Little chance for advancement, and you won't see much of a pay increase if you are lucky enough to be promoted.

Pros

Good Company - got along well with everybody I worked with. Great location and working conditions - competitive salary. Pretty good benefits - seemed to be very busy most of the time.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints as I left to complete school. I'm attending JOCO and want to improve my career path.
