The company is growing quickly. Over the past year, many in my department are reaching that 1 year mark with the opportunity to advance to the next level in technical expertise and career. The products are technical. They are engineered products and management is investing in those who want to learn the product and invest back into the company's growth. Career paths are for not just manager positions, but also technical knowledge career paths. We have a Team environment with Team goals. I like everyone I work with and enjoy coming to work. Great work-life balance.
Cons
Management has developed one-on-one training, recorded training of how to look up information or perform different job functions and there is also written training instructions. Because growth has been so fast, 3/4 of the team in this department has been here less than 1 year. So at times we're all learning together, but we're learning fast.
