Cons
Little to no opportunity for advancement, In-house benefits are a bit of a rug-pull. Low ability to provide accommodations for those with disabilities Health standards are questionable concerning exposure to high levels of particulate, VOCs, and lead. Queries toward HR can be met with veiled aggression and false encouragement. Employees can be unpredictable, yelling and cursing at others during sudden outbursts or quitting and walking out without notice. Some are observed violating safety codes, laughing about their misuse of tools while in the act, and bragging to one another while comparing the severity of injuries incurred during their employment.
