Pros

Pay is Fair, benefits are good.

Cons

If you do not have a strong affiliation with firearms, then don't even bother applying. The egos that float around the halls of this building are tough to ignore. No need to worry about coming up with new ideas because this place is stuck in there historic way of doing things.

Pros

If you are an over-paid consultant who happens to be a personal friend of a member of the vast senior management team, this is an awesome place to send your invoices.

Cons

Elitist management, uninvolved with the 1,000 employees that work beyond their glass door offices. Arbitrary hiring processes, little interest in promoting through the ranks, all in all a toxic environment.

Pros

Employees are very enthusiastic about the Brand

Cons

Management is clueless. Most people are in their positions because they have seniority with the company, not because they are qualified.
