Pros

Good discount on guns other than that not much

Cons

Corporate atmosphere with little career advancement, if your told otherwise don't believe it. If you know some with a title then you can skip the last sentence. Benefits have slowly been taken away and corporate profits keep going up. Management is all about the numbers and could not tell you how our products even work. Hard work is never rewarded as middle management abuses the workforce to pursue there own agendas. If you have motivation and are career oriented you may want to pass on this place. Office politics are rampant. Sick time policy still vague , but we will loose a week vacation.

Pros

There is opportunity to move up in the company, a great place for people without higher education to make good money

Cons

They care more about the numbers than they do the employees.
