Pros

The team I joined was great. I met one of my good friends there, and we still talk occasionally even after I left the company. The projects I was involved was pretty cool too.

Cons

They claim to value your work/life balance but that’s not true. I worked more than 40 hours/week most of the time, and some people in management look down on you if you don’t put on more than 40 hours/week. They also play favorites. You can tell who are their favorites when promotion times come.

Great work life balance, benefits and flexible PTO schedule.

Cons

Seniors are unavailable for Guidance as they are pretty busy with their hectic schedules, so for a new designer out of the college i might not recommend it.
