You can get a mid size office experience with some corporate support such as training and software.

Cons

Leadership is spotty. Some projects are prioritized over others causing sudden staff changes causing teams in already assigned projects to overcompensate, making it difficult to manage work load. Constant changes in organizational management and staff turnover. Letting go of staff suddenly without warning. Parking costs were not paid for.

Some interesting projects, every other Friday off and some people are talented. Good company resources.

Cons

Management are really hard to reach. Juggling between different projects leads to overworking and burnt out. High turnover rate and low retention rate in some offices.
