Pros

It was very easy. Everyone there was nice and worked together. I got paid very good and we took lunch almost every 2 hours so thats how we kept up with our time.

Cons

I Started working second shift it really werent that bad unless you are use to the cold weather(below freezing). It was from 6-3 to 4 in the morning whenever the line was finished.

Pros

They make good products and have decent benefits including pension plan. The offices are located in a nice area in the western suburbs of Chicago.

Cons

There is zero communication between the upper finance directors, VP's and the lower level finance employees. Raises are a minimum unless you are male and part of the "boys club". Management doesn't seem to care about employee growth or providing opportunities to advance in your career hence the high turnover in this business area. Promotions seem to only go to certain people. No real leadership or anyone that would make a suitable mentor. All of management only seem to care about their job security which is resulting in very low morale.
