Pros
Pay was very competitive, Health insurance was inexpensive, most of the people were good to work with, benefits were good (including a pension), longevity.
Cons
Old school mentality from the top, unfair and unequally applied policies depending on who you are and who your manager is, high turnover in decision making roles, belief you have to sit in a desk to be working, more reactive that proactive approaches to things, too many hands in the soup, poor decision making, too much focus on process over productivity.
