You are not properly trained for position nor what Is expected of you with a job description. You are berated if you "do bad" by the CFO. HR doesn't do anything but "let go of" people that speak up, because HR doesn't want to solve internal issues, leading to a high staff turnover rate due to a myriad of....internal issues. Staff are not reprimanded for making inappropriate comments. They allow people to say what they please. You are spoken down to, disregarded and disrespected. They talk the job up nicely but it's anything but. You won't get the tools to solve the issues they won't. You don't get a clear job description or questions properly answered. When the CFO and 8 other people quit within a few months period of working there, I suggest you continue to search for a mentally healthier environment to spend your time in. Somewhere that wants to foster advancement and not make you feel like you need to be a patient of their services.
