Organized day-to-day operations in the kitchen

The work environment in the kitchen was so clean and organized--the people I worked with took food safety, sanitation, and compliance really seriously. Never too busy or too bored in the kitchen. Fast paced.

Cons

Upper level leadership was questionable in their abilities to hold to their values. Seemed like they would do what they could to please corporate. Corp. leadership was pretty disrespectful to those who were below them. Safety outside of the kitchen was variable, as they would train some but not all of the kitchen staff how to de-escalate patients.
