Pros

Ummm...not much. Met a couple really cool people/co workers before leaving.

Cons

- Low pay and do not offer merit based raises(annual 3% only). - severe lack of structure or real management/direction - constantly changing policy and procedure - severely dangerous staffing ratio - high rate of turnover - mistreatment and abuse of employees - no support from admin - corporate is corrupt and will NOT have your back either - highly illegal practices - manipulate employees into participating in acts/duties beyond what their license/certifications allow - revolving door when it comes to management/admin - transparency and honesty are frowned upon - staff are watched and grilled if they speak with DOH/CMS while they’re in the building; instructed to lie - management has been abusive to staff members(including the current CEO) and have falsified documents - employees are often overworked(up to 15-18 hours) - assaults are frequent and staff get reprimanded if they are hurt in the job and take time off - no lunches for over half of staff - rate breaks - severe lack of one on one time with patients This is a crisis center, at best.

Pros

free food, rapport with *some* co-workers, lots of PTO (because you might get your shift cancelled, especially around Christmas).

Cons

Poor management, understaffed a lot of the time, hires anyone to be MHT for cheap labor, nurses scared that they're risking their license, MHT's are very underpaid for the work that they do. Nurses in management and floor nurses often do not wear their masks at the nurses station and even while conversing with patients. Absolutely no hazard pay, even when there were COVID positive staff and patients. Management does not enforce rules equally and even makes light of them, calling them stupid. A lot of favoritism. Unfair wages, I make 30 cents less than someone who has worked there for three years and I've been there for less than 6 months. Toxic emails almost everyday. Patients are cash cows. This place is tanking.
