Pros

Constant cash bonuses, extremely easy to move up in position to manager or team leader or move departments anytime. Get a raise, lots of benefits. They threw me a baby shower even though it hadn’t been even a year that I worked there. Free snacks 24/7. Company parties with catered food to eat at your desk! Food trucks there every week. Left because I had a baby but I would still be working there if I hadn’t! I loved it so much

Cons

From my experience personality I didn’t have any bad experiences with them.

Pros

Get the experience you need.

Cons

This department has a high turnover rate among other departments within the company. You just work to get a paycheck. No one cares what you have to offer ESPECIALLY upper management and C-Level executives. Stop saying we are on a hiring freeze but then you hire 20 people, because you just laid off 5% of your staff. This company has been laying off people since 2021.

Pros

Necessary product needed by many people. Decent snacks in breakroom.

Cons

Not the brightest group of people. If you're smart you'll stick out like a sore thumb, and not in a good way. Management feels threatened by intelligent people and rather than support and encourage you, they'll find a way to pigeon hole you and keep you down. I saw lots of good people leave on their own or get shown the door while the simpletons stayed.
