Cons

Working here has been a disheartening experience due to the toxic atmosphere perpetuated by leadership. From the day my new manager was hired, it was evident that she lacked basic respect for employees. They regularly took credit for my work as well as others, and spoke down to me, undermining my contributions to the team. The manager never made an effort to support me when I encountered difficulties or needed assistance. Instead, she seemed more concerned with delegating tasks and throwing me into random projects due to the high turnover rate and lack of employees. She never made sure I had the necessary resources or guidance needed to succeed the tasks I have never done. The lack of support and unreasonable expectations set by her made it extremely difficult to thrive in my role and made it a terrible experience to work under someone who fails to prioritize the success and well-being of their team members. The turnover rates are alarming and its no surprise considering the hostile environment created by management. People are leaving left and right, unable to endure the constant negativity. What's even more frustrating is the nature of performance evaluations. Managers would fabricate issues to criticize employees, with no evidence, going as far as bringing up non-existent problems during 1 on 1s only to reprimand you for them hours later. It is a demoralizing cycle that erodes trust and morales. How can you speak about the values as a company? Shouldn't that be top down? Furthermore, managers are quick to shift blame and its incredibly unfair to be held accountable for the shortcomings of others. In conclusion, I would strongly caution anyone considering a position here. Seek employment elsewhere for a healthier and more fulfilling career experience.
