The people, hands down, are the reason why this company is going places. Genuine, smart, caring, and invested people. Culture of trust, hard work, and empowerment. Free snacks every day! Free beverages! Ping pong! Billiards! Everyone works hard, and there is no in-fighting or siloing. Love working here.

Cons

Business Casual... No jeans. :-( It's OK once you get used to it, and there are reasons for it. They want to create a more professional environment to help set the tone for the customer interactions that take place on a daily basis.

-Free snacks and drinks -Ping pong, pool table....even Netflix -Almost everyone, including upper management, share the floor. These guys are really trying to change how all workers are viewed. We are all one big team and the morale is almost always fantastic. -Employee appreciation seems to be throuh the roof. We'll see you soon, Mickey!

Cons

-If you have a family and plan on getting health insurance, it costs around $940 a month for the employee.

They are open with each other and we work as a team. We have happy hour on Fridays. We are like a great big family

Cons

The company is growing from just a year ago so there are some growing pains. We have many changes to our policy which diminishes stability on how you do your work. However, after time this will not be a concern.
