I love that in the three and half years that I’ve worked here Snap has adjusted how much money we can make if we work accordingly- they have changed the commission structure a couple of times, and each time it gets better and better the payout. I have a potential to make over six figures if I’m at the top of my performance.
4. My peers, I have never worked for a company where my peers care so much about me personally and professionally! I have made so many lifetime beyond coworker, friendships, that I will have for the rest of my life no matter where my career ends up

BEST OF ALL they give us the wings and leave it up to us to fly and will always be there if needed! I honestly can say out of all the jobs I’ve had in my career this by far is the best company I have ever worked for and I hope to continue my employment with Snap! for many many years!

I know there’s always a con in some thing, but I honestly 100% cannot think of any cons working for Snap Finance! I truly love what I do and do what I love at Snap Finance.
