Not what I thought it would be - -but better. Passionate about sales and recruiting, it was paramount for me that I was joining an organization who trains their professionals, and maintains them while promoting a multi-faceted opportunity for success. Snap provides this. I relish time spent learning from and partnering with both sales leaders and tremendous candidates I encounter daily. Every day is an adventure. Even in my 17 months here I have seen the operations blossom and continue to grow. SNAP is a terrific company for not only employees but, humbly, offering a lifeline to consumers, allowing them to thrive.

Cons

Although it hasn't been without growing pains, being able to closely witness SNAP'S transition into a more mature, more refined Fintech company has been thrilling.
