      Pros

      It offers a lot fun perks that makes the work environment more inviting. You got some the friendliest management. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      The wages is OK. The insurance is too expensive. There is no opportunity in moving up within the company even if you work hard, its who you know. You will notices the connection the longer you are there.

      Pros

      Plenty of growth in the company, easy to get a job here. Good coworkers

      Cons

      Poor communication, lower than average pay, very poor yearly raises. Hard to move up for as quickly as the company has grown.
