Pros

I’ve had the opportunity to meet incredible people who have helped me grow both personally and professionally. I truly enjoy working in an environment where hard work is recognized, and I’ve been able to make a positive impact—especially during my time as a supervisor. The supportive and collaborative culture across teams makes the day-to-day work more meaningful and fulfilling.

Cons

At times, communication between departments or leadership levels can lack clarity or timeliness. I believe feedback from frontline agents should be heard more consistently, as they carry one of the most important and demanding roles in the company. While leadership does a great job overall, there’s still room to strengthen that connection and continuous feedback loop.

Pros

Empowers me to proactively manage hourly payroll and PTO accruals—keeping balances perfectly aligned for both our team members and the company, while championing everyone’s best interests.

Cons

One potential downside is that it places a lot of responsibility on a single person—often requiring them to cover payroll and PTO accruals even on weekends and holidays— which can introduce bottlenecks and increase the risk of burnout. However, at Snap we mitigate this through our F3 culture—Fast, Friendly, and Flexible—ensuring everyone steps up, shares the load, and supports one another.
