Pros

-great coworkers -benefits are covered 100% -free food The vibe and perks at this company was at its peak pre-IPO. It's been on a steady decline ever since and you could feel the pressure with having to live up to wall street expectations which is stressful. The pay is okay but not great. The only real bright spot here are the people you get to work with who are amazing (although there were a few backstabbers willing to drive the bus over you just to get ahead, but you'll find those at almost any company).

Cons

-management team -expect to work longggggg hours This place is basically a startup that is disguised as a public company with recent college grads who have no idea how to run a business esp the CEO. If you enjoy a company with structure and thought out processes, this is not the place for you. To future applicants: just be cautious with your offer and don't be tempted by the attractive sign on bonus that vests over a significant period of time.

Pros

1. Good pay for new grad. But don't believe in the stocks. Basically it's trash, and the vesting process is very tricky. There is no guarantee that you can vest them all. High chance that you'll be forced to leave the company within 4 years.

Cons

1. Unmature management level. 2. No transparency. 3. Engineering team is "second-class" citizen in this company. 4. The culture is "accept it or you shut up and leave".

Pros

I used to rave about this company because I thought everybody was so nice that worked there and it was really in line with one of their values which is kindness.

Cons

After laying off 2,000 people, myself being one of them back in September 2022, 6 months later they repost my job again with a different title. I got nothing but positive reviews during my time there in my performance evaluations and even was up for a promotion to a post occupancy project manager position before getting laid off. Why would they post this new job without reaching out to me to at least let me know they were going to do that? I thought these people had become friends and I respected them. I am highly disappointed and this is not at all in line with the kind value.
