Pros

Dedicated company and customers/franchisees, tool discount

Cons

No one leaves, so there is no room for advancement. Company makes a big deal about advanced education and then refuses to acknowledge it. Absolutely a "bro" culture where men are treated like gods and woman (even with more experience and education than their male counterparts) are ignored and treated like they don't matter.

Pros

Descent pay that's all the pros I can list

Cons

Language from upper management to supervisors. No diversity. Good Old Boys Club. If you have been there a long time your in good shape not a place for change or minorities.

Pros

Freedom of schedule. Someone what good benefits.

Cons

Commissions are always shrinking. New bonus program is designed so they don’t have to pay out. They will hold orders over to the next quarter to not pay out a bonus. The company is continually looking for ways to pay reps less. Management can’t seem to figure anything out. Crm doesn’t work most of the time. Sales support is almost non existent. Moral in the sales force is at an all time low. Many reps looking for other work.
