Pros

The management team is amazing and extremely supportive. There is always opportunity for advancement. The pay is great, the health insurance is premium, the 401k is matched. Plus a pension. Plenty of Vacation time. Overtime is frequently offered, which is highly profitable. The company has a very high regard for employees and their wellbeing.

Cons

The job can be very stressful as our customer base can be defensive and aggressive.

Pros

Pay is weekly. They have decent insurance.

Cons

Most floor employees are expected to work 6 days a week at a minimum, making for terrible work life balance. Pay is inadequate for sacrifices you’ll have to make in your personal life.
