Pros

Learning a lot and I have great colleagues. I have also managed to get more accessibility to work from home which is a bonus

Cons

There seem to be a bit of gossip issues in the office. Thankfully I am not in often so this doesn't apply to me very much. I also have found it difficult to progress in my career which I wish would be taken more seriously

Pros

Good Practical exposure to project from 2nd or 3rd week after orientation and training. Individual Ownership of projects and modules. Colleagues always help out. Managers support in case of any mistakes and try to fix together as a learning.

Cons

Work-Life balance is not so great. You are expected to work overtime to manage project within timelines. Also have to put in some weekends. Projects are very static and mostly developed. In SQL development there is no area to expand skillset as most of tools are inhouse.

Pros

Easy to get hired in

Cons

Horrible environment for highly trained tech employees. Degrees and experience mean little and politics reign supreme.
