Pros

We get to sell great software and the coworkers and internal team is great. Direct managers are very friendly.

Cons

They are old school. NO remote work and if you work overtime there is NO comp time

Good commission/easy to hit. Benefits Pension Almost your own boss Good people

Cons

Capped commission structure. Low base salary No real opportunities to move up and make more money if you are a good sales manager. Can be long hours depending on your route Management not quite in touch with the sales people A bit difficult to manage inventory
