The only slight relief was the hybrid setup, where I didn't always have to show up on-site.

Cons

Patience is nonexistent in this place. Aggression runs the show, and the smallest mistake turns into an excuse to yell and belittle people. Every single day felt like walking into a storm—loud, hostile, and exhausting.

Cons

Turnover was scarily high! There’s always someone getting fired, you won’t be able to shake out that fear you might be next! Management’s brutal and they don’t really care about you! It’s not their problem if you need the job, but blame you for your incompetence and terrible performance!
