Legacy technology is built on a solid foundation. New advancements in GenAI are compelling for existing customers. The newer product engineers are very savvy and do add tremendous value. In general, the brilliant pre-sales team, marketing and account executives were wonderful to work with.

Cons

Extremely high turnover. Indubitably poor management hires. Teams are not aligned, people come and go, and this causes unnecessary confusion both internally and externally. Customer attrition is ticking up as well. New customers are hard to come by.
