Pros

- Labor flexibility - Remote work - Good teamwork and communication - Professional growth opportunity - Benefits depend on the country (all employees have different benefits) - Happy hours - The company's approach to helping electronic engineers is very good - CAD models are of high quality - The company is growing at a good pace and is winning good contracts with renowned companies in the electronics industry.

Cons

- Sometimes it can get a bit stressful, but in the end, all your effort will always be recognized - The level of demand at work is sometimes exhausting but this also helps you strengthen your discipline and responsibility

Pros

- We are working on flexible schedules and this really fits us very well. - The management here is amazing, everyone has their own voice to tackle some issues and feedback and it was raised right away! - Compensation is good. Company objectives are very clear. - I work with multiple companies and this is the best place to work when it comes to diversity and culture!

Cons

-I cannot think of anything for now because like I said, we have our own voices and if there is feedback, they help us and implement the changes right away. The company is always finding ways to improve!
