At the brink of a huge turnaround - lots of potential

Prime time to be here. A LOT of opportunity for professional growth and development. Up until recently Snapfish was greatly encumbered by a 300,000 person company's unwieldy processes, policies, bureaucracy and upper management chain. There is line of sight to a huge shift now that the company is part of District Photo (again). Conversations are starting to be oriented towards true growth and improvement rather than simply do whatever we can to make numbers quarter after quarter. Action is already evident and senior management is very quickly beginning to show their potential. It's finally an exciting place to be. When we were with HP, challenges meant something we had to work around or deal with. Now that we have District Photo's support, challenges are looking a lot more like opportunities for the ambitious types to grow and develop their professional careers.
Cons
While there are a lot of smart, intelligent and talented individual here, there are also a good number of people who have been taking advantage of the ability to get lost in the shuffle among the large-company culture instilled by HP. We shall see if the cultural shift rejuvenates their ambition or shakes them off of the gray train.
