Stupid and Incompetent Management, relatives of Management getting promotion who have no skills. Uneducated Senior Management, lack of planning and direction. Racist Management.

Pros

Great market opportunity. Good office location. Nice and friendly staff. Close to Bart. Loyal customers and smart marketing teams who care deeply about them.

Cons

Seems like each week 1-2 folks leave. Amazing anyone left. Little opportunity for women in leadership roles. Buddy system and smoking club the path to exec roles.

Pros

Had a GREAT team of talented people to work with (before they were all let go... lol). There are a few good eggs sprinkled throughout the remaining departments. Perhaps still has a work-from-home policy.

Cons

Management & HR giving monthly "pep" talks on the need for dedication and hardwork and retaining employees being a core principle only to layoff the entire creative department that pretty much birthed and maintained the company's fun, simple, beautiful, customer-loved brand. (Why? Because we can hire entry level people as contractors (now we don't have to pay benefits) out of Chicago to do the "same" work!) Management usurped a great thing, lied to employees, and cut off its own legs. Don't expect them not to do it again. You are expendable here no matter the talent or the work you put in. Like others here, can confirm CEO is more than slightly self-absorbed and uncaring for employees. Focus is on profit only now, which is understandable to a point, but eventually the soulless-management practices will trickle-down to the customer-level and they'll be able to sense the lack of joy via using the Snapfish platforms. These products are import to people because they are usually family/love-related, now people will hopefully move on to other options for photo-product retailers (whoops now Shutterfly is part of the team!)
