Pros

Snapsheet has one of the most supportive and forward-thinking cultures I’ve experienced. Leadership is transparent, accessible, and genuinely invested in employee growth. In my role at Snapsheet, I always feel supported, and most important of all, I get to be myself.

Cons

Sometimes priorities shift and you need to be able to adjust.

Worst place I ever worked

Pros

Work from home, which can be a con sometimes.

Cons

Unprofessional team meetings, "holiday parties" instead of bonuses, unrealistic metrics, goals, and expectations. You are compared to your coworkers who are doing better than you constantly and they are only doing well by cutting corners to keep their jobs. This company basically forces you to cut corners to keep your job, and always threatens to fire you. Shops hate working with you, and you deal with a lot of negativity on the phone and toxicity in the work place.

Pros

Working from home was great.

Cons

I shouldnt be this tresses out working from home. Changes are always made for them to save money and for you to miss a goal to hit your bonus.
