Pros

- we are growing continuously - you will work from home with AWESOME support (or if in the Chicago area you can certainly work form our office location) - you will have an excellent group of employees - we have a great company culture and values - we promote almost exclusivelt from within - we promote based on demonstrated ability and performance, and not on tenure or "who you know" - Overtime is paid at 1.5x regular pay (where allowed by law) for hourly employees - you will have the ability to learn various departments and processes, you will not get bored!

Cons

- summers are busy, expect to work 45-50 hour weeks through the busy season (not a con for everyone) - we are based on a production environment - when you are on the clock expect to be working!

Pros

Good health benefits is the best part

Cons

You are a butt in a seat. It's been mandatory OT since March 2021. 50+ hours a week. The goals are getting unattainable and something changes weekly about how they want it done. If you were an employee pre pandemic and brought back your salary is what it was before but they are hiring the new employees some 10k higher per year. When this has been brought up to management they brush it off and hope you forget. There is no work life balance anymore . Pre pandemic it was a decent company to work for. Post pandemic, just run unless you like being forced to work with little to no management as they have all left as well and with daily changes that are poorly communicated.

Pros

Work from home and weekends off until you don't have weekends off. Good if you are in a pinch, I don't feel as this is a good place for growth.

Cons

Call center type work with burn out a lot of times. They did not tell me upon hiring me that rotating Saturdays were required, until after 90 days of employment if you do outbound calls. You will have about 45 seconds to notate calls when they end. Glassdoor salary ranges for this position is significantly higher than what I am getting. Be sure to negotiate your salary!
