Poor management, disorganized plan execution, lack of empathy for employees work life balance, unrealistic expectations of daily production goals.

I thought I would like working from home. I did not realize you had to sit at desk for 12 hours straight. It got old very quick. You are constantly pushed and pushed to write more, more estimates. You are on a timer as well. Also keep in mind if you don’t hit a certain limit, you will be let go. They don’t tell you that upfront. I would not recommend this place because your personal life is GONE!
