Pros

Flexibility, career advancement, and opportunity for impact! I have been with Snapsheet for nearly 3 years, and have had so many opportunities to lead projects, advance my skillset, and learn. I truly have never encountered a company that allows YOU to own your career like you can at Snapsheet. If you put the work in, they truly reward it.

Cons

Communication can be difficult in remote setting, very fast-paced at times

Pros

work from home insurance decent pay

Cons

beware of management reviews, one lead will say one thing another will say something totally different causing low efficiency numbers and eventual firing. No one is on the same page and they will make promises they never follow up on,

Pros

The pay was decent at the time.

Cons

I honestly cant say enough negative things to make any difference. I was always the squeaky wheel with every ethical quandary that came up and sadly management was 100% unreceptive and i made the mistake of objecting to unethical practices and decisions. Ultimately they made it clear that my presence was no longer welcome, so I left. This company embodies every negative aspect of the insurance industry that your wildest dreams can imagine, and then some. Turnover is constant and the avg tenure was less than 6 months. We were working mandatory overtime with countless metrics that were next to impossible to fulfill without compromising your integrity. It is my opinion that this was their goal, to force you into making the decision to act unethically in order to protect your job. And once you did, they had complete control over you and they new they could do anything they like to you and your only choice is to quit. Management and new hires are encouraged to write positive things on multiple platforms. The concept of indemnification is a complex one but the ethics are pretty straightforward. Do yourself and your career a favor and steer clear. Don't say we didn't tell you.
