Pros

Fully remote work, decent pay

Cons

Expect a very cutthroat work environment. You are judged by very cold and distant management solely based on your output, so be ready to complete huge workloads or risk being let go. You will be reviewed based on arbitrary KPIs like completing daily slack checkins and if you miss even one, you are penalized (even though other team members that have been with the company longer don't strictly follow them and aren't penalized). The company boasts of promoting optional bi-weekly hackathons but then penalize you if you don't participate and contribute even though you just started and don't know the platform well enough to even know what to contribute. You are given no time to properly learn the system before you are expected to complete an insane amount of tickets. Even asking questions to your manager will land you in hot water as they will scold you for not already knowing the answer. Unlimited PTO is not as it seems as they will backtrack already approved PTO and suggest you take less time off "or else". There is always a constant and relentless pressure to perform at unreasonably high standards to be safe from getting fired. If you value your mental health and a work/life balance, look elsewhere.

Pros

Absolutely nothing- this place is such a mess.

Cons

When you get hired in you have 1 week of training where you get trained on the system and what is expected of you. Looking back this was a joke because once you get placed on a team everything is different. Once I was done with training and placed on my permanent team I was told that I had 42 minutes to complete every estimate and that to meet my goal I needed to do 11+ estimates a day. This number is not realistic and coming from a large insurance carrier I did not have to get anywhere near that number. You are expected to fill out each tab in CCC completely. When I say completely, they want you to call dealers to get build dates, paint codes, license plates ect. So, once you do all of that you can start your estimate which can range from 3-18k+ some with 200+ lines. They want you to call on every part, get quote numbers and negotiate with shops. Once you complete that process you have to send your estimate in for manager review. There are 5-6 different managers that review your estimate, and they all review differently. Some will just have you add a few things other will want to change the entire estimate after you already reached an agreement with the shop. So, you have to call back and look like an idiot. You also get placed in multiple group chats where they check up on you all day. They constantly post everyone's production numbers to help motivate you guess. It is not motivating at all! They have been working 50+ hours for over a year now. They told me in the interview that once my team was hired they were done with 50 hour work weeks. Well, I just left the company last week and CEO had announced that they have more work coming. I have never left a review for a company, but I felt the urge to warn people to stay away from this place. I left my last company of 6 years to come here, and it was such a mistake.
