      Seem Like a Great Company

      Pros

      The company seems like a great place to be. The benefits are great and you can enroll fairly quickly. While in training, numerous emails were sent internally seeking applicants. Because of this the company seemed to be focused on promoting from within first before seeking outside candidates.

      Cons

      Regrettably, while in training I realized that I would not be a good fit for the role and because of it, i resigned. The role seems like it would be stressful due to high expectations and The expected outcome. And I know that in would be overwhelmed

      WORST COMPANY TO WORK FOR

      Work from home, pays ok.

      Cons

      Unrealistic expectations, little training, forced over time, . Estimates are cherry picked so more difficult assignments are left over which take time from your constantly monitored metrics. You’ll be micromanaged to death by high ups. You’ll be asked to work ALL holidays. 50 hours a week is expected, everyone is burnt out . You’re rewarded for producing high volume horrible work, and written up if you take the time to do it properly. Management is out of touch with the work and would work you 24 hours a day if they could. If after 90 days your production is not to their standards, they will let you go.
