Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, non managers cool

Cons

Worked 10+ hour days for a full year and still asked for more. If you say no they treat you like scum and threaten to terminate employement. Stress levels through the roof. All employees are new as all old employees have quit. Dont care how long you have been there ar how well you have done the fresh meat will always be treated better. Will promote new people over old because the new people are not "burnt out". Have no problem lying to you about working overtime when you wont be paid for it. *****Just dont apply and save the headache*****will be suprised if the have any carriers left after 6 months.
