Pros

Great culture, people truly care about you and your development. The benefits are awesome as well. It's clear that everyone is working together for the same goal and there is generally great alignment cross-functionally.

Cons

Coming from a company that paid healthcare benefits 100%, it's unfortunate to have to contribute, but understandable. This isn't a con, but something for people to be aware of. The team moves fast and if you're not a self-starter or don't like to pivot frequently, you might find it very stressful.

I have really enjoyed my first couple of months! I am really happy with the decision to join Snapsheet. Some highlights: - Growing company - Great people - Team culture and values - Interesting technical problems

Cons

None really. The set up to get local tech stack running took a little bit of time. There was also a steeper learning curve as I came from non-insurance background so learning the industry was also a bit more work.
