Pros

- Remote-first culture that genuinely supports work-life balance - Great team environment within the tech department — collaborative, supportive, and open to new ideas - Leadership is approachable, and the overall work environment is positive and inclusive - Opportunities to work on meaningful projects with a modern(ish) tech stack - Annual summit at the headquarters in Chicago

Cons

Priorities can shift rapidly, especially with the onboarding of large new customers, making it hard to maintain focus Quarterly performance reviews are overly frequent and can become tedious Tech debt and upgrades, especially in the frontend stack, don’t always get the attention they need — staying current with libraries and frameworks should be more of a priority

Pros

Working as an Account Executive at Snapsheet has been both rewarding and energizing. The team culture is supportive, collaborative, and mission-driven. You’re surrounded by smart, humble people who genuinely care about solving complex problems in the insurance space. Leadership gives you room to own your role and make an impact, while still offering guidance when needed. There’s a strong sense of trust and autonomy. The sales process is consultative, and you’re encouraged to be strategic—not just transactional. Snapsheet’s product is truly differentiated, and it’s exciting to sell a solution that’s transforming outdated claims processes. The company is also continuously improving and listening to feedback, both from clients and internal teams.

Cons

Need to be adaptable, but this is not a con for me.
