Pros

Snacks, Happy Hours, Unlimited PTO for Some Employees

Cons

Snapsheet is essentially what happens when someone has a great product idea and no experience running a company. Instead of hiring people with real world experience you just bring in your buddies to help you build your company and the leadership, communication, and vision is terrible. They are now cutting multiple employees at the organization in order to become "profitable" and "financially independent" and many of the people who's jobs are not being cut are leaving the company because of it's toxic work environment. The truth is that the organization lacks leadership and insight. It is like working in a frat house where everyone thinks they are really smart and innovative but they don't actually know what they are talking about and they don't listen to people with real experience or skills. People who lack basic leadership skills are allowed to lead large numbers of employees, despite that they known to be a bully. Because they are seen as "getting results" their terrible behavior, including inappropriate outbursts and yelling at their subordinates, are overlooked. Almost all of the high level leadership is white and male but they like to pat themselves on the back for being SO diverse because they have diversity at their entry level positions - something that most companies do a good job of - but true diversity needs to be represented at all levels of the organization. Again, toxic work environment, great product. If you are employed at a high enough level to get options the product is great and some day they will likely sell and you can make some money. Otherwise I would 100% avoid working here if possible.

Pros

Most of the people really are great. I loved my co-workers, and there was a real sense of camaraderie and care among peers.

Cons

If the c-suite likes you, you will be untouchable. If they don't, nothing will keep you safe.
