Pros

I've only been here for a short time but this has been a great experience. I'm impressed with companies onboarding and the benefits package is the best I've had. The instructors that teach your training classes when you start have actually done the job and have written the curriculum. They can answer technical questions and really take the time to explain the process. The Managers and Team Leads that I've dealt with have taken the time to explain not only how to do things but why. I was skeptical about coming here due to some of the other reviews and that would have been a mistake on my part. If you think your going to come here and go on vacation your not, but after twenty five years in body shops and working as an adjuster I enjoy coming to work for the first time in years.

Cons

None. This job will be what you make of it.

Pros

- Great learning experience - Unlimited PTO - Cool work environment - Friendly people I loved working here, i put in extra effort and took up additional responsibilities, because i saw future in their work culture and product.

Cons

- No innovation at all, it is a scam, they ask you to come up with ideas and present them every other week but anytime you come with an idea that your manager can't understand you will be cut off - They don't value dedication - Higher management plays dictatorship role Investors pulled their funding and they don't have enough profits to survive anymore. They laid off hard working(not just me some of the most hard working people were laid off along with me) people from the tech department retaining the senior employees who have limited knowledge.
