- we are growing continuously - you will work from home with AWESOME support (or if in the Chicago area you can certainly work form our office location) - you will have an excellent group of employees - we have a great company culture and values - we promote almost exclusivelt from within - we promote based on demonstrated ability and performance, and not on tenure or "who you know" - Overtime is paid at 1.5x regular pay (where allowed by law) for hourly employees - you will have the ability to learn various departments and processes, you will not get bored!

Cons

- summers are busy, expect to work 45-50 hour weeks through the busy season (not a con for everyone) - we are based on a production environment - when you are on the clock expect to be working!

The people at this company are the best part about it! Along with the innovative approach here at Snapsheet, the people are first class. Everyone communicates daily about processes and where we can improve and make things better for our clients and employees! If you are looking to be a part of a great culture with amazing C level leaders, this is the place to be!

Cons

The immense amount of growth is something that can be challenging to adjust to, but it truly isn't a bad thing. Just lots of change and have to be able to be adaptable to that.
