Pros

Organization has lots of room for improvement, seems as if they want to do the right thing, they're just having a hard time grasping it. Great people work here. Standard benefits are offered, Career growth is possible in certain areas.

Cons

Benefits premiums could be way better, quite pricey compared to other companies of the same size. PTO could be better. Management in the field need to be held accountable to the standard. Do another reorg, current one has everyone stretched out thin, without any room to actually focus on the areas that need improvement, go from being reactive to proactive.
